She is passionate about financial intermediation for rural women and youth and is committed to conserving and preserving Zambian heritage as an Honorary Wildlife Police Officer.

Pride is a seasoned agriculture professional with 16 years of experience in the sector. He is also committed to promoting microinsurance, microfinancing, financial literacy and agro-entrepreneurship for small-scale farmers in rural areas, utilizing programs like the Farmers Financial Cycle and AgBAIT.

He is a problem solver, dedicated to delivering high-quality results and developing employees. His results-oriented approach allows him to work efficiently under tight deadlines with great accuracy.
